AI-Native CRM Platform

Score every account against your own definition of a good fit.

AI Scoring assigns each customer a fit score from 0 to 100 based on preferences your admins set. Score one account or a batch, and work the list in order.

What it does

  • A score from 0 to 100: Every customer gets a fit score you can sort and filter on, so a list of hundreds has an obvious place to start.
  • Batch or individual: Select one customer or many. Scoring runs as part of profile enrichment, so a fresh import can be scored in one pass.
  • Signals you can inspect: Scoring considers company size, whether the company is owned by a larger group, recent positive developments, recent negative developments, and industry keywords.
  • Tuned by your admins: Scoring preferences live in Settings → Customer AI Intelligence and can be adjusted at any time as your targeting changes.

Specifics

  • 0–100 fit score
  • Individual or batch scoring
  • Admin-configurable preferences

Common questions

How does Alano decide the score?

It evaluates company size, whether the company is owned by a larger enterprise or conglomerate, recent positive developments or growth indicators, recent negative developments, and industry keywords — weighted against preferences your administrators configure.

Can I change how scoring works?

Yes. Administrators can adjust scoring preferences at any time under Settings → Customer AI Intelligence, so the score reflects your current targeting strategy rather than a fixed model.

Can I score many customers at once?

Yes. Select multiple customer profiles and run scoring as a batch; it is applied automatically when profile enrichment is triggered.
